If you're experiencing a problem with one of our products, please fill out and submit the following Service Request Form. You may also want to check out our list of known problems.

Service Report Form

When you submit your Service Report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be sent to our Service Department for appropriate action. After an initial assessment by our service department, the resolution will be e-mailed or a service call will be placed. Periodically we will post tips, procedures or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  4. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it,

    If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:

    (note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible bugs)

Known Problems

The following is a list of some known problems with our software; we are working to correct them for the next release.

bullet"I can't over ride night mode on my DXP,FX series equipment."
In software series 180's has a known bug and does not allow for night mode override please call  our office for determination of easiest way to fix this problem......
