- How do I change the time on my telephone
display ?

Well first you must know what type of telephone system
it is.
Comdial Impact DSU and DSU II
(Most 2 digit digital system)
- Go to station 10 or to station 12
- Press ITCM OR INTERCOM
- dial w#

- dial two digits (00-99) for year,
- dial two digits (01-12) for month,
- dial two digits (01-31) for day,
- dial two digits (00-23) for hour,
- dial two digits (00-59) for minutes,
- press SPEAKER to end.

series
(Most 3 digit digital system)
- Go to station operator/ attendant station
- Press ITCM OR INTERCOM
- dial w#

- dial two digits (01-12) for month,
- dial two digits (01-31) for day,
- dial two digits (00-99) for year,
- dial two digits (00-23) for hour,
Example: 8:15 PM = 2015 (enter 20 for hours)
- dial two digits (00-59) for minutes,
Example: 8:15 PM = 2015 (enter 15 for minute)
- press SPEAKER to end.

Nitsuko DS -01 and Onyx series
(Most older 3 digit digital system)
- Go to station operator/ attendant station
- Do not lift handset
- dial # 8 3,
- dial two digits (01-12) for month # ,
- dial two digits (01-31) for day # ,
- dial two digits (00-99) for year # ,
- dial two digits (00-23) for hour # ,
Example: 8:15 PM = 2015 (enter 20 for hours)
- dial two digits (00-59) for minutes # ,
Example: 8:15 PM = 2015 (enter 15 for minute)
- press SAVE to end.

This is one of our most common questions.
What has happened, in most case's, is that you (or
someone) has inadvertently have turned on you BGM (background music).
To shut this on any Comdial system:
- Do not lift handset
- Press ITCM OR INTERCOM
- dial # 1,
